Asean-power.com, JAKARTA. To achieve the new energy portion target of 23% by 2025, the government continues to hunt for the development of new renewable energy (EBT) power plants. This year, the government targets to sign contracts and procure as many as 157 new renewable energy projects.
The Director of Various Energy of the Directorate General of Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Harris estimated that the stun capacity of the 157 projects reached 4,718.14 megawatts (MW) and would cost Rp 147.12 trillion. “It refers to data updates on PLN’s national procurement plan,” he said.
